Matt Brown
Sales Director
Matt has 37 years of experience working in dust extraction, having spent the last decade here at APS. With expertise across LEV systems and industrial dust and fume extraction, Matt manages our external sales team and aftermarket care, while coordinating our marketing.
Alex McGolpin
Sales Manager – North and North East of England
Alex has worked in dust and fume extraction for 12 years, and has expertise in filtration and ATEX. He has a P602 qualification and is experienced in developing system designs, aiming to become a complete LEV sales engineer.
Rebecca Lee
Sales Manager – East Midlands & South East
Rebecca has 12 years of experience working in the industrial environment having previously held various roles at a welding distributor, working in accounts and sales. She holds a P602 qualification which certifies her ability to design LEV systems.
Dave Morris
Sales Manager -South West
Dave has extensive sales experience, which paired with his expertise on LEV systems, he uses to help build the best solutions for our customers.
Julie Kendall
After Sales
Julie has 12 years of experience in dust and fume extraction, and works as a Sales Support Adminstrator here at APS, helping our sales team day-to-day. She has a knack of being able to talk to anyone on the phone, and she also holds a degree in Hotel Management.
Mike Waine
Service and Aftermarket Manager
Mike uses his 25 years of dust extraction expertise to help APS in our goal of becoming a market leader in providing service and testing contracts on all makes and models of dust extraction equipment.

Project
Adrian Ogden
Director
Adrian has over three decades of dust and fum extraction industry experience, and primarily conducts our Front -End Engineering Design (FEED) studies here at APS.
Mike Cautley
Project Manager
Mike has worked in dust extraction for 16 years, and has multiple qualifications, including a BSc in Product Design and Engineering from the University of Lancashire. He’s currently undertaking the P602 qualification, and is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
Katie Burrell
Project Engineer
Katie is an award-winning Project Engineer who joined APS in 2025. She develops customised solutions for our customers, supporting operational efficiency while prioritising environmental sustainability, reducing industrial emissions and promoting cleaner processes.
