APS was approached by a prominent manufacturer and supplier of cleaning products catering to the automotive industry. The client was in the process of building a new facility aimed at automating the mixing of diverse chemicals to produce their cleaning solutions.

The client initially engaged APS for the design package of six LEV systems tailored to their operational needs. This project involved the design and installation of the systems across multiple critical areas within the facility, including the auto-mixing areas, manual mixing areas, acid dispensing areas and packaging lines.

Each area required a customised LEV system to effectively capture and remove airborne contaminants generated during the production process.
